Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 small (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 (3 oz. size) box lemon jello
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 lb. oleo or butter
- 24 graham crackers (whole squares), crushed (leave small amount to sprinkle over top)
Method
- Chill evaporated milk.
- Dissolve jello with 1 cup hot water and chill.
- Do not let it get hard, just firm.
- Melt butter and combine with the crushed graham crackers.
