Ingredients
- 25 graham crackers
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 can Milnot milk, chilled
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Method
- Roll and crush graham crackers and mix with the butter or margarine that has been melted.
- Line bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with one-half of cracker mixture.
- Dissolve lemon jello in the hot water.
- Cool.
- Stir in the granulated sugar, vanilla and cream cheese with the jello.
- Beat milk until it forms peaks.
- Add jello mixture and beat again.
- Pour in pan and sprinkle top with the other half of the cracker and butter mixture.
- Chill.
