Ingredients

  • 25 graham crackers
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 can Milnot milk, chilled
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Method

  • Roll and crush graham crackers and mix with the butter or margarine that has been melted.
  • Line bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with one-half of cracker mixture.
  • Dissolve lemon jello in the hot water.
  • Cool.
  • Stir in the granulated sugar, vanilla and cream cheese with the jello.
  • Beat milk until it forms peaks.
  • Add jello mixture and beat again.
  • Pour in pan and sprinkle top with the other half of the cracker and butter mixture.
  • Chill.
