Ingredients
- 1 lb. cottage cheese (soft curd)
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs (save 1 white)
- nutmeg and salt
- 1 large can milk
- 1/2 can water
Method
- Mix the first 5 ingredients together, except egg white, then add the milk and water.
- Beat the egg white; blend white in.
- Bake at 400° until brown on top, then turn oven to 325° and bake until you insert knife and it comes out dry.
