Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 egg whites
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • graham crackers
  • butter
  • cherry pie filling (if desired)
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Use a round 9-inch spring-form pan.
  • Beat 4 egg whites until stiff.
  • Gradually blend in 1 cup sugar.
  • Set aside.
  • Then mix cream cheese with 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
  • Mix this with egg whites and blend.
  • Pour into pan that you have prepared a graham cracker crust.
  • You can put cherry filling on crust, if you wish.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
