Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Method
- Drain pineapple.
- Chop the green peppers and onions fine.
- Mix all ingredients, saving 1 cup pecans.
- Chill for 1 hour or unti firm.
- Form into ball and roll in last cup of pecans.
