Ingredients
- 4 pkg. pressed smoked beef
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 6 to 8 green onions
- 2 Tbsp. Accent
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Chop beef in food processor.
- Save enough to put on top of cheese ball when it is mixed and formed.
- Return to refrigerator and chill.
- It is much easier to make if cheese is soft; ball is easier to handle.
