Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 3 eggs
- 8 slices bacon
- 3/4 c. cheese, grated
Method
- Cut bacon up in 1-inch pieces.
- Fry.
- Leave drippings in pan. Scramble eggs in drippings.
- Put cooked rice in pan; stir together.
- After everything is combined, sprinkle cheese on top and cover.
- Cut heat off.
- Ready to serve.
