Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed
- 3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
- 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
Method
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Mix flour and baking powder in large bowl.
- Cut in cream cheese with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in cheddar, bacon and onions.
- Add milk; stir until mixture forms soft dough.
- Shape into ball.
- Pat dough into 3/4-inch-thick round on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Use knife to cut dough into 12 wedges.
- Bake 17 to 19 min.
- or until lightly browned.
