Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
  • 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
  • 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk

Method

  • Heat oven to 425F.
  • Mix flour and baking powder in large bowl.
  • Cut in cream cheese with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Stir in cheddar, bacon and onions.
  • Add milk; stir until mixture forms soft dough.
  • Shape into ball.
  • Pat dough into 3/4-inch-thick round on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Use knife to cut dough into 12 wedges.
  • Bake 17 to 19 min.
  • or until lightly browned.
