Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Cheddar Jack & Bacon Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
  • 6 bone-in pork chops (2-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
  • 1/3 cup fresh salsa

Method

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Moisten chops with water; place, 1 piece at a time, in FRESH TAKE bag.
  • Lightly press cheese mixture onto both sides of chops.
  • (Chops will not be completely coated.)
  • Place chops on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; top with any remaining cheese mixture.
  • Bake 24 to 26 min.
  • or until chops are done (150 degrees F).
  • Remove from oven.
  • Serve with salsa.
