Ingredients

  • 1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1 small pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 1 c. (3 1/2 oz. can) flaky coconut

Method

  • Beat all but the last two ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Fold in butterscotch chips and coconut.
  • Pour into Bundt pan that has been well-greased and floured.
  • Bake at 350° for 55 minutes (some ovens may vary).
  • Remove immediately from pan.
  • Cool on rack.
  • No frosting or glaze is necessary.
  • A very moist cake.
