Ingredients
- 1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 1 small pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1 c. (3 1/2 oz. can) flaky coconut
Method
- Beat all but the last two ingredients in a large bowl.
- Fold in butterscotch chips and coconut.
- Pour into Bundt pan that has been well-greased and floured.
- Bake at 350° for 55 minutes (some ovens may vary).
- Remove immediately from pan.
- Cool on rack.
- No frosting or glaze is necessary.
- A very moist cake.
