Ingredients
- 1 gal. green tomatoes
- 1 pt. hot pepper
- 1 pt. white vinegar
- 1 qt. onions
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. salt
Method
- Quarter tomatoes and onions.
- Mix all ingredients together. Bring to a boil or until the tomatoes turn light green; do not boil. Gently stir
- a couple of times. Seal in hot jars.
