Ingredients
- 2 pkg. carrots, sliced
- 2 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
- 1 stick butter or margarine
Method
- Cook carrots in water until tender.
- Drain.
- Melt Velveeta and butter together.
- Mix with carrots.
- Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle crumbled Ritz crackers or saltines over top.
- Bake at 350° until bubbles.
