Ingredients
- 1 (5 oz.) jar Blue cheese
- 1 (5 oz.) jar Old English cheese
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes or frozen chives
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Combine cheeses, Worcestershire sauce and chives or dried onion flakes in a bowl.
- Mix until smooth.
- Divide mixture into 2 portions.
- Shape into balls using floured hands.
- Roll in pecans; chill.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
