Ingredients
- 1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
- flour (to coat chicken)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil
Method
- Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl.
- Season chicken pieces in salt and pepper.
- Dip pieces in milk and egg mixture.
- Coat with flour (you may season flour also).
