Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 1 qt. popcorn
  • vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans

Method

  • Combine evaporated milk, sugar and butter in a medium saucepan.
  • Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add butterscotch pieces and vanilla and stir until smooth. Combine 1 quart popcorn and 1 cup pecans.
  • Add to mixture; toss lightly.
  • Drop by teaspoons on wax paper.
  • Enjoy!
  • Nice for a holiday gift.
