Ingredients
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1 qt. popcorn
- vanilla
- 1 c. pecans
Method
- Combine evaporated milk, sugar and butter in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Add butterscotch pieces and vanilla and stir until smooth. Combine 1 quart popcorn and 1 cup pecans.
- Add to mixture; toss lightly.
- Drop by teaspoons on wax paper.
- Enjoy!
- Nice for a holiday gift.
