Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (32 oz.)
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Set microwave power select at High.
- Crumble ground beef into large glass bowl.
- Heat 2 to 3 minutes or until beef is browned; stir once.
- Drain.
- Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.
- Meanwhile, combine Ricotta cheese, egg and pepper.
- Spoon 1/2 cup of sauce in oblong baking dish.
- Alternately layer uncooked noodles, egg mixture, Mozzarella cheese and sauce, forming 2 layers.
