Ingredients

  • 12 teaspoon caribbean jerk seasoning
  • 8 ounces whipped cream cheese spread
  • 14 teaspoon lime zest
  • 12 lb shrimp, cooked, deveined and peeled
  • 4 medium green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded

Method

  • Stir seasoning into cream cheese.
  • Spread mixture on large serving plate.
  • Top with lime peel, shrimp, onions, bell pepper and cheese.
  • Serve immediately with crackers or vegetables, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
