Ingredients
- 8 skewers (for toasting marshmallows)
- 16 large marshmallows
- 8 graham crackers, broken in half
- 2 (4 ounce) milk chocolate, caramello bars (milk-chocolate with caramel filling)
Method
- Using skewers, toast 2 marshmallows over heated coals or preheated grill until they are crispy and golden-brown outside and gooey and soft inside.
- Slide 1 toasted marshmallow onto half of 1 of the graham crackers.
- Place 4 small Caramello squares on top of each marshmallow and top with another half graham cracker.
- Press down slightly to sandwich together.
- The marshmallow's heat will melt the chocolate a bit.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
