Ingredients

  • 8 skewers (for toasting marshmallows)
  • 16 large marshmallows
  • 8 graham crackers, broken in half
  • 2 (4 ounce) milk chocolate, caramello bars (milk-chocolate with caramel filling)

Method

  • Using skewers, toast 2 marshmallows over heated coals or preheated grill until they are crispy and golden-brown outside and gooey and soft inside.
  • Slide 1 toasted marshmallow onto half of 1 of the graham crackers.
  • Place 4 small Caramello squares on top of each marshmallow and top with another half graham cracker.
  • Press down slightly to sandwich together.
  • The marshmallow's heat will melt the chocolate a bit.
  • Repeat with remaining ingredients.
