Ingredients
- 12 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 14 cup milk
- 2 -3 cups powdered sugar
Method
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Add brown sugar.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat 2-3 minutes.
- Add milk, keep stirring until mixture comes to a full boil.
- Remove from heat and cool for 30 minutes.
- Gradually add powdered sugar until the desired consistency is obtained.
- If frosting becomes too stiff add milk as necessary.
