Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. total fish (assorted types, boneless chunks of fillet)
- 4 potatoes
- 1 small can corn
- 1 small can baby clams
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp. each: oregano, parsley, onion salt and basil
- 2 pt. heavy cream
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 to 1/2 stick butter
Method
- Prepare fish.
- Combine with all other ingredients, except cream, milk and butter; simmer until fish is cooked.
- Place cooked ingredients in a large pot.
