Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 3/4 to 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 large can yams
Method
- Melt butter in nonstick pan.
- Dissolve brown sugar in butter until sticky thick.
- Add orange juice and heat through.
- If too thick, add some of yam syrup.
- Add yams after coating is right. Heat through, approximately 1/2 hour.
