Ingredients
- Sweet potatoes
- 1 c. white syrup
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 3/4 stick or 6 tbsp margarine or butter
Method
- Boil potatoes in skins until tender.
- Peel and slice about 1/2 ick thick. Combine syrup, sugar and butter.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Cook until syrup is thick.
