Ingredients
- 18 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/3 c. melted oleo
- 1 1/2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 qt. coffee ice cream, softened a bit
- chopped nuts
- Cool Whip
Method
- Combine crushed Oreos and melted oleo.
- Pat into a 10-inch pie plate or square pan.
- Melt chocolate in 1 tablespoon oleo.
- Add sugar and milk.
- Cook until thick; cool.
- Place coffee ice cream over crust.
- Add cooled sauce.
- Add Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts on top.
- Serves 8 to 10.
