Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. beef flank steak, tenderized
- about 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 to 2 c. low-sodium soy sauce
Method
- Rub liberal amounts brown sugar into both sides of the flank steak.
- Don't be stingy!
- Lay the steak into an oblong container and cover with soy sauce.
- Remember to lift the steak so the sauce gets underneath.
- Cover and marinate for 1 hour.
- Turn the steak over, re-cover and marinate for 1 hour more.
