Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean stew meat
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 potatoes, cut bite size
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 beef bouillon cubes or 1 can chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 small cans green chili, diced or chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook meat until done.
- Put your garlic, onion and bouillon cubes and seasoning.
- Also green chili.
- Cook potatoes by themselves, then add to meat and seasonings.
