Ingredients
- 1 x (18.25 ounce) pkg. Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 x (8 ounce) container Frzn Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1 c. Pecans, minced
- 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar, sifted
Method
- Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well (dough will be sticky).
- Stir in minced pecans.
- Dust hands with powdered sugar, and shape dough into 3/4" balls.
- Coat balls with powdered sugar and place 2 " apart on ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
- or possibly till done; remove to wire racks to cold.
- Makes 5 doz.
