Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 stick butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
- 2 c. cooked rice
Method
- Shred and cook cabbage for 10 to 15 minutes; drain.
- Saute in butter the garlic, onion, celery and bell pepper.
- Add soup and Cheez Whiz.
- Pour soup mixture over cabbage.
- Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole pan that has been layered with cooked rice. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
