- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1-1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
- 1/4 - 1/2 C Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 C mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/3 C white wine vinegar
- seasoned rice vinegar mix--more for zip, less for mild
Method
- Use a 16 oz. mixing plastic jar with lid.
- Peel garlic, set aside.
- Mix lemon juice, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce and grated parmesan cheese.
- Add olive oil, pepper to taste, white wine vinegar and seasoned rice vinegar mix.
- Add mayonnaise. Press the garlic into the mixture.
- Put lid on and shake.
