Ingredients

  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1-1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
  • 1/4 - 1/2 C Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 C mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/3 C white wine vinegar
  • seasoned rice vinegar mix--more for zip, less for mild

Method

  • Use a 16 oz. mixing plastic jar with lid.
  • Peel garlic, set aside.
  • Mix lemon juice, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Add olive oil, pepper to taste, white wine vinegar and seasoned rice vinegar mix.
  • Add mayonnaise. Press the garlic into the mixture.
  • Put lid on and shake.
