Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 2 onions
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 qt. tomato juice
- 3 c. cabbage
- 2 c. potatoes
- noodles
Method
- Brown hamburger and onion.
- Drain off fat.
- Add chopped celery,
- sliced carrots and tomato juice.
- Cook 1/2 hour.
- Add cabbage,
- shredded and diced potatoes.
- Cook another 1/2 hour. Serve over noodles.
