Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage, coarsely shredded
- 1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
- 2 cans milk
Method
- Combine cabbage and smoked sausage.
- Cover with water.
- Cook until cabbage is cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Drain 3/4 of the water off.
- Add soups and milk; stir.
- Heat only until hot.
- Makes about 12 (1 1/2 cup) servings.
