Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. bell pepper
- 1 c. onions
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. white vinegar
Method
- Add salt to cabbage and set for 2 hours.
- Boil sugar and white vinegar for 3 minutes.
- Pour over cabbage mixture after vinegar cools.
- Cover and store in refrigerator.
