Ingredients
- 5 slices bacon
- 6 c. chopped cabbage
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. noodles
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Method
- Cook bacon until crisp.
- Set aside.
- Fry cabbage, sugar and salt.
- Cook until tender.
- Cook noodles and drain.
- Combine cabbage, noodles and bacon.
- Place in baking dish.
- Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
- Spoon on sour cream; bake 5 more minutes.
