Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 16 oz. pkg. Tater Tots
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Brown ground beef and onion.
- Drain off fat and add a few tablespoons of water.
- Put in 2-quart casserole dish.
- Add Tater Tots on top and then spread soup over Tater Tots.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
- Uncover and brown for 15 minutes.
