Ingredients

  • 1 x crumb pie shell
  • 1 pkt large marshmallows (10 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. whipping cream whipped
  • 1/4 c. green creme de menthe
  • 2 Tbsp. white creme de cocoa chocolate curls for garnish

Method

  • Prepare Crumb Pie shell and cold.
  • In 3 quart.
  • casserole, place marshmallows and lowfat milk.
  • Cover.
  • Microwave at HIGH 2-4 min, till mix can be stirred smooth.
  • Refrigeratein refrigerator about 30-40 min, till thickened.
  • Mix in whipped cream, creme de menthe and creme de cocoa.
  • Pour into crust and decorated with additional whipped cream and chocolate curls.
  • Chill several hrs or possibly overnight.
  • May be served frzn, if you like.
