- 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 c. margarine
Method
- Melt margarine; mix with potatoes.
- Add salt, pepper, onions, cream of chicken soup, cheese and sour cream.
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
- Top with flakes and margarine.
- Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
