Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. chicken wings, cut apart
- 1 bottle hot sauce
- seasoned salt
- flour
Method
- Sprinkle chicken generously with hot sauce and salt to taste, then coat with flour, leaving wings in excess flour for 30 minutes. Fry until crispy.
- (Remember, frying tones down hot sauce.)
