Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pizza Dough
  • 3 Tablespoons Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken, Cubed
  • 1/2 cups Fresh Mozzarella, Cubed
  • 1/2 whole Red Onion, Sliced

Method

  • Preheat your oven to 400 F. Spread out your pizza dough onto a greased baking sheet, and stretch it out to your desired size and thinness.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the hot sauce and butter.
  • Stir until butter is melted then remove from heat.
  • Add two tablespoons of the Buffalo sauce you just made on top of your dough, and add the remaining sauce into a bowl with your cooked chicken.
  • Mix to combine and set aside for a moment.
  • Add the the mozzarella over the crust.
  • Then transfer pizza to the oven for 2-3 minutes just to start the melting process.
  • Remove it from the oven and top with your chicken and red onion.
  • Return it to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until dough is cooked through.
