Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 to 3 tsp. liquid red pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Method

  • Cut chicken in 1 1/2-inch cubes.
  • Combine chicken and pepper sauce.
  • Let set 5 minutes, then drain.
  • In a plastic bag, combine flour and salt.
  • Add chicken.
  • Toss until coated.
  • Heat oil and margarine or butter in a nonstick skillet.
  • Add chicken, a few at a time.
  • Cook until golden brown.
  • Keep chicken warm in oven until finished cooking the rest.
