Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 to 3 tsp. liquid red pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Method
- Cut chicken in 1 1/2-inch cubes.
- Combine chicken and pepper sauce.
- Let set 5 minutes, then drain.
- In a plastic bag, combine flour and salt.
- Add chicken.
- Toss until coated.
- Heat oil and margarine or butter in a nonstick skillet.
- Add chicken, a few at a time.
- Cook until golden brown.
- Keep chicken warm in oven until finished cooking the rest.
