Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
Method
- Thaw Brussels sprouts.
- Slice each in half.
- Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Add sprouts.
- Cook and turn until tender. Place in dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
