- 2 lb. chopped, lean beef
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- hot water
- 4 diced, medium onions
- 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 4 diced, medium potatoes
- garlic, salt and pepper
Method
- Simmer meat in water to cover until very tender and add vegetables and seasonings to meat stock.
- Simmer 4 to 6 hours, stirring frequently.
- If more liquid is needed, dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water and add to stew.
