Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken (whole fryer or legs, thighs)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. roast pork
- 2 small cans tomato juice
- 2 c. potatoes, cooked and diced
- 2 cans cream-style corn
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Method
- Cook meat separately and grind. Combine meat in pot and add remaining ingredients. Cook slowly.
