Ingredients
- 1 loaf french bread
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 each tomatoes
- 1 mix chopped basil leaves, salt and pepper, 1 T olive oil
Method
- add the chopped tomatoes to basil and stir.
- let sit for 30 min.
- cut loaf of bread lengthwise, brush with oil, broil until toasted
- cut bread into 2inch pieces, spoon tomato mix on top
- sprinke with shredded mozzerella or parmesan cheese and serve
