Ingredients
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 4 sq. bitter chocolate (Baker's)
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Melt butter and chocolate in top of double boiler. While waiting, measure flour and sugar.
- Mix together, then add beaten eggs, then melted butter and chocolate.
- Mix all together.
- Add flavoring and nuts.
- Pour into two 8-inch square pans. Bake in preheated oven at 325° for about 30 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting.
