Ingredients
- 8 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. shortening or margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Blend sugar, shortening and eggs.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Blend thoroughly.
- Then add nuts and vanilla. Pour batter into greased 9 x 13-inch square pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Cool in pan and cut in squares.
