Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 1/4 cup water and possibly then some once mixed
- 2 tablespoons milk choice I used vanilla rice milk
- 1/2 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon pink salt or substitute
- herb blend of choice optional, marjoram, gluten-free curry powder, rosemary
- olive oil or substitute
- 2 extra-large brown eggs
Method
- Mix dried ingredients together seperately
- Mix wet ingredients (not oil) together sperately
- combine both mixes together and mix until proper consistency. (should be in between thick & liquidy
- Preheat oven to 450 ferenheit
- Poor batter into oiled pan
- Bake 10 minutes on lower rack
- Bake 10 minutes on higher rack
- Take out & enjoy!
