Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/4 cup water and possibly then some once mixed
  • 2 tablespoons milk choice I used vanilla rice milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink salt or substitute
  • herb blend of choice optional, marjoram, gluten-free curry powder, rosemary
  • olive oil or substitute
  • 2 extra-large brown eggs

Method

  • Mix dried ingredients together seperately
  • Mix wet ingredients (not oil) together sperately
  • combine both mixes together and mix until proper consistency. (should be in between thick & liquidy
  • Preheat oven to 450 ferenheit
  • Poor batter into oiled pan
  • Bake 10 minutes on lower rack
  • Bake 10 minutes on higher rack
  • Take out & enjoy!
