Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
- speck of pepper
- 1 green onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 Tbsp. prepared sesame or sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- water
Method
- Cut the beef into thin slices 3-inch squares. Add sugar and oil.
- Mix
- well.
- Combine soy sauce, pepper, chopped onion (including top),
- chopped garlic, prepared sesame and flour. Add to the
- meat. Mix well.
- Let stand 30 minutes.
- Broil on a charcoal fire or
- fry
- in
- a small amount of oil until tender. If frying meat, cover tightly after it is well browned.
- Add a small amount
- of water
- and steam until meat is tender. Serve hot.
