Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • speck of pepper
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. prepared sesame or sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • water

Method

  • Cut the beef into thin slices 3-inch squares. Add sugar and oil.
  • Mix
  • well.
  • Combine soy sauce, pepper, chopped onion (including top),
  • chopped garlic, prepared sesame and flour. Add to the
  • meat. Mix well.
  • Let stand 30 minutes.
  • Broil on a charcoal fire or
  • fry
  • in
  • a small amount of oil until tender. If frying meat, cover tightly after it is well browned.
  • Add a small amount
  • of water
  • and steam until meat is tender. Serve hot.
