Ingredients
- 1 c. rice
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Cook rice in boiling water until tender; drain and add beaten eggs, flour and salt.
- Mix well.
- Spoon into skillet of hot cooking oil.
- Let brown on each side by turning.
- Put on paper towels; let drain, then serve.
- Serves as bread for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
