Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz. each) cans water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1 (6 oz.) can olives, drained and sliced
- 1 sweet red pepper, remove seeds and cube
- 2 1/2 lb. broccoli, cut
- 16 oz. Italian salad dressing
Method
- Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours, mixing occasionally.
- Good cold or room temperature.
- Serves 12.
