Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
- 5 green onions, cut up fine
- 1/2 c. raisins (white are nice)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 10 slices bacon, fried crisp
Method
- Cut up broccoli fine (stem and all).
- Add onions, raisins, mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
- Toss lightly together.
- Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top.
- Refrigerate.
- Let set 2 to 3 hours before serving.
