Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can condensed celery soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
  • bread crumbs
  • paprika

Method

  • Cook broccoli, drain and chop fine.
  • Saute onion and celery in butter; stir in soup and Cheez Whiz.
  • Add cooked rice and broccoli.
  • Put in casserole and sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika.
  • For best results, prepare a day ahead and refrigerate. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
